I am confused about the text on the painting collection, which belonged to Nicolaes van Assendelft, because you first write that it belonged to Nicolaes 1.1.2.1 (1627-1662) and then at the end to Nicolaes 1.1.6.1 (1630 – 1692). Which one is right?
According to Houtzager the father of Nicolaes 1.1.2.1 Alewijn Claes´s widows name was Adriana Anthon, as it was Ariaentgen?! How is that to explain?
Do you know where the portrait of Nicolaes 1.1.6.1.? by Johannes Verkolje is now?

I am confused as well as a lot of the sources are contradictory. I plan to go to the archive in Delft sometime next year in order to find out the truth. As for the second question I try to find the original document which should be on delft.digitalestamboom.nl
